My Mission
I help driven professionals and business owners unlock the next level of their success by clearing the internal blocks they didn’t know were holding them back.
Using powerful NLP tools and identity work, I guide high achievers to take control of overthinking, self-doubt, and burnout, so they can lead with clarity, live with intention, and create from a place of freedom, purpose, and personal power.
But I didn’t start here.
I was the over-functioner.
Working 12–14 hour days. Collecting certifications like they were proof I was finally “enough.”
Battling imposter syndrome while trying to look like I had it all under control.
Juggling mum guilt, perfectionism, and the pressure to be everything to everyone—until I lost sight of who I was.
My success looked great from the outside, but inside, I felt disconnected and drained.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing the next external achievement and started doing the internal work that everything shifted.
I discovered how to rewrite the stories, patterns, and beliefs that were keeping me small, even while I appeared successful.

WHat is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is the process of inducing a state, involving focused attention, reducing peripheral awareness, and the enhanced ability to respond to suggestion.
is coaching the same as therapy?
Coaching is not the same as therapy and is not a replacement for therapy. Coaching focuses on creating change, with accountability and action steps.
How many sessions do i need?
This is all about you and together we can come up with a personalised plan and approach that works for you personally.
